Adjustable Pipe Saddle Supports Designed For A Hydrocracker Project

PT&P supplied sixty-nine adjustable pipe saddle supports for a hydrocracker project in an oil refinery. The supports will be installed under a trunnion and range in heights from 12″ to 48″. They have 8″ diameter top plates, and are designed to support pipes from 2″ to 8″ in diameter. The supports are fabricated from carbon steel and consist of schedule 40 and 80 pipes and concentric reducers. The operating temperature for these custom designed saddle supports is 750″F. Each assembly was inspected by Q.C. prior to shipment.

30&Quot; Dia. Adjustable Pipe Saddle Supports Designed For An Oil Refinery

These custom adjustable pipe saddle supports were designed for an oil refinery in Michigan. They will support 24″ and 30″ diameter pipes and range in height from 40″ to 42″. The pipe saddles can be vertically adjusted by turning the middle section of the seamless pipe and the base plates have been pre-drilled to accept anchor bolts. They are fabricated from carbon steel with a red oxide finish to protect against corrosion and were shipped within two weeks.

These Fig. 46 adjustable pipe saddle supports are designed for pipe sizes 12” to 14” diameter for an oil refinery. They are fabricated from carbon steel and are capable of supporting up to a 4,920 lb. load. A total of twelve supports were fabricated, quality inspected and tested prior to shipment.
