Data centers are crowded environments. Our nested U-Loop pipe loops feature an industry-first hybrid design that integrates bellows directly into the loop structure. We also make flex connectors and metallic expansion joints in addition to U-loops. This allows for superior flexibility handling both thermal expansion and seismic movement while minimizing the footprint on crowded jobsites. The single pipe expansion joint is simply a bellows element with end connections. Regardless of accessories, it will deflect in any direction or plane that the bellows will. It requires that the piping be controlled as to the direction of the movements required of the unit. The pipe expansion joint should not be expected to control the movement of the pipe, and will not resist any deflections with any force other than the resistance of the bellows.

Anchor bolts are special high-strength bolting used to secure equipment to the foundation. We can supply anchor bolts in various alloy materials or carbon steel, with either a plain finish or a hot-dipped galvanized finish. Embeds are essentially anchor bars used to secure the embed steel into the concrete. Embeds are usually fabricated with carbon steel with a hot-dipped galvanized finish. We also supply open steel grating with various mesh configurations in relation to baring bars and cross bars, which are used for decks, walkways, floors, catwalks, runway and fire escapes.

Variables use coiled springs to support a load and allow movement. The resistance of the coil to a load changes during compression, which is why these devices are called “variables”. We offer a variety of different designs of variable spring pipe supports.
